Since 1997, Las Olas has introduced more than 2000 women to
surfing and our alumnae are always asking when we'll start
an intermediate program for them. So this year, we've added
something new to our line-up: Mas Olas, a fantasy Surf Safari
for Las Olas graduates who are ready to take it to the next
level. Here's what we have on our agenda: six guests, two world-class
super-fun instructors, three days of surfing, boat trips to
our secret spots, workshops on wave forecasting and surfboards,
and all the accoutrements of our original program: ocean-front
villas, great food and unforgettable swell. Our Mas Olas maiden
voyages are scheduled for January 22nd - 26th and February

Women's golf with attitude ~ October 2006
In Carmel-by-the-Sea, we are surrounded by the world's most
prestigious and breathtaking courses, so it makes perfect sense
to include a golf safari to our repertoire of women's safaris.
Las Verdes Golf Safaris for Women sets out to define the way
women experience golfing in the same way Las Olas Surf Safaris
for Women reinvented the women's surf experience - on our own
terms.
Picture yourself strolling the greens with your new friends
amidst a sprawling backdrop of the Pacific, while fresh, sea
air energizes your soul. Now picture whoever you left back
home (i.e. boyfriend, husband, kids) green with envy!
Imagine golf instruction redefined and brought to you by nurturing,
professional women instructors coupled with daily yoga, lodging
at the magical Cypress Inn, relaxing massage, and free reign
of all Carmel Village has to offer- unique shopping, world
class restaurants, and the most beautiful cottages and beaches
around.
Our five-day Las Verdes maiden voyage launches October 1 -
5, 2006.

Fashionista Clothing Design ~ April 2007
Most women fear they'd be hauled away by the fashion police
if they dared to wear a homemade outfit.
But that might change if an experienced fashion designer was
on hand to assist in creating your own inimitable wardrobe,
specifically suited to you and your lifestyle. Our Fashionista
Clothing Design Safari includes
personal fashion consultation, wardrobe building and design
concepts, pattern modification, fabric selection, and
hands-on sewing instruction. Then, get ready for a private
runway show and reception. (Picture TV's Project Runway without
the pressure, competition, and judgment.) Don't forget, you'll
enjoy dreamy strolls on the beach,
fantastic shopping, and time out for Chardonnay breaks. With
the help of your supportive new friends,
you'll be ready to take on those fears in your latest fashion
masterpiece.

2007 filling up quick
Las Olas is hot this year. Our 2007 dates are getting filled
up six months in advance. Safaris scheduled from November through
January are already full. If you were hoping to attend a Spring
2007 safari, contact us quickly to secure your spot in the
line-up. Groups of two or more should plan nine months in advance
to ensure a full selection of accommodations. Call us for current
availability. We'll be happy to extend a 24-hour courtesy hold
on reservations.
